THE MARKET OF SAFE AND HEALTHY FOOD PRODUCTS IN THE BRICS COUNTRIES ON THE EXAMPLE OF RUSSIA: DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION IN MODERN GEO-ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

The article is devoted to the structural and economic analysis of safe and healthy food products in the BRICS countries. The article discusses the issues of forming partnership cooperation in the field of healthy nutrition within the framework of the BRICS interstate association. The assessment of the health food market at the interstate level of individual BRICS member countries is given. The issues of clarifying and differentiating the categorical apparatus used in the scientific review of the problems of the market of safe and healthy food products in a bioeconomic context are being updated. The dynamics of development of the market for safe and healthy food products in the world and the BRICS countries in 2020-2024 with a forecast for the future until 2033 is presented. Using the example of Russia, ways to improve economic cooperation in the field of healthy nutrition in modern geo-economic conditions are shown. The future prospects of cooperation between Russia and other BRICS countries (including the new member states of this association) in the field of healthy and safe nutrition are introduced. The priorities in the field of technological cooperation between the BRICS member countries are outlined. The audit of current trade flows, various forms of investments, regulatory and legal framework defining opportunities for further expansion of cooperation was carried out. The problems preventing the sustainable integration of our country into the system of trade relations between the BRICS member states are listed. The problem of reassessing the current rules of economic relations, taking into accounts the constructive proposals and requirements of the new states that have recently joined the BRICS structure has been developed. The author's suggestions and recommendations on improving the mechanisms of long-term cooperation in the field of healthy nutrition and organic products, with domestic experience and practices of modern international relations are given.
