Against the backdrop of steadily strengthening China-Russia relations and deepening economic interaction, bilateral trade volumes and business activity demonstrate sustained growth. However, in this process, cultural differences exert a substantial, and at times decisive, influence on the effectiveness of intercultural communication and the efficiency of the negotiation process. This article provides a detailed analysis of specific manifestations of cultural differences in Chinese-Russian business negotiations, examined through the lens of the following aspects: psychological dissonance, differences in mindset and value orientations, as well as differences in business etiquette. The key thesis of the study posits that negotiation participants must critically develop adaptability to Chinese-Russian cultural differences, demonstrating openness of thought and tolerance to achieve a profound understanding and respect for the partner's culture, guided by the principle of "seeking common ground while preserving differences."
