DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF CUSTOMS TRANSPORT IN THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

In the current conditions of digital transformation and globalization of economic processes, the development of information technologies for the unified customs transit system has become one of the key areas of activity for the customs services of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The integration of new technologies into the field of customs control and management of the transit cargo movement process allows not only to optimize existing processes, but also to ensure a higher level of security, transparency, and efficiency in the movement of goods across the customs border. The article discusses the basics of creating a unified system for the transit of goods by introducing modern information technologies that can ensure the prompt exchange of data between participants in foreign economic activity and customs authorities. Based on the results of the study, the article provides suggestions for solving the problems associated with the development of the integrated system of the Eurasian Economic Union as part of the digitalization of the customs transit system.
