FORMS AND METHODS OF OBJECTIFICATION OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS

The work is devoted to the study of the essence, nature, as well as the analysis of specific forms and methods of objectification of legal consciousness. In the course of the research, it was determined that the objectification of legal consciousness is both a formal and informal process of transformation of subjective representations, archetypes, values and ideas regarding the relationship of an individual and society to law and the legal system into an objective reality – that is, into specific legal regulators, norms of law, legal acts, or vice versa into informal forms of objectification, expressed in in social norms, in socially expected patterns of personality behavior. As part of the analysis of various doctrinal approaches, it is concluded that formal methods of objectification of legal consciousness are burdened with a number of mandatory conditions on which the objectification procedure itself is based, while informal methods of objectification of legal consciousness are not burdened with such formal conditions, which, however, has negative consequences, expressed in the complexity of sustainable formation and strengthening of objective reflections of public opinion. legal awareness, in the duration of such a process, as well as the lack of mechanisms for the mandatory execution of such objectified products of legal awareness.
