ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION: TOOLS FOR INTEGRATION PROTECTION

The article examines the mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of the Eurasian Economic Union at the supranational level. An analysis of legal instruments for protecting the economic interests of member states of the integration association has been carried out. It is noted that the existing system is characterized by fragmented regulation and the absence of a unified strategic framework. It was revealed that the processes of harmonization of national legislation in the field of economic security are uneven. It has been determined that the formation of comprehensive integration protection mechanisms requires the development of specialized EAEU legal acts and the creation of coordination structures. It is concluded that strengthening the economic security of the Union is possible through the synchronization of national strategies and the development of supranational tools to counter threats.
