The article examines the financial and legal aspects of the introduction of the digital ruble in the Russian Federation, analyzes the possibilities of using the digital ruble, including in the activities of commercial organizations. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is advisable to adopt a separate regulatory legal act on the financial activities of commercial organizations, taking into account the possibilities of using the digital ruble.
