The article explores the economic mechanisms for managing
the potential of agro-industrial enterprises operating in the field of
processing and catering. The role of digitalization of management
and marketing processes, as well as technological renewal of the
production base as factors of increasing competitiveness and financial
stability is justified. Based on the economic analysis, the impact of
the comprehensive implementation of management, organizational
and technological solutions on the cost structure, parameters of the
production program and the results of economic activity is shown. It
was concluded that a systematic approach to the development of food
enterprises in the context of the transformation of the agri-food market
is advisable.
