Recommendations for successful PPP implementation are provided, such as establishing control structures, training qualified personnel, ensuring transparency in procurements, and fostering long-term cooperation between government and business entities. The goal is to achieve high-quality healthcare services and rational allocation of budgetary funds.
The author concludes that activating PPPs is crucial for improving the procurement system in healthcare, leading to greater accessibility and quality of medical services for citizens.
