This paper explores the challenges of digital transformation in human resource management in ground transport organizations. Unlike the adoption of isolated artificial intelligence tools, it addresses a broader context of HR digitalization, encompassing strategic, technological, and social dimensions. Based on the analysis of domestic and international literature, the main challenges of digital transformation are identified: staff turnover, shortage of digital competencies, employee resistance to technological change, and ethical risks related to the use of AI algorithms in personnel management. The paper proposes a set of solutions, including a step-by-step algorithm for implementing digital HR tools, a digital maturity assessment model for transport organizations, and the use of HR analytics and employee digital twins for workforce risk forecasting. The practical significance of this work lies in its applicability to the modernization of HR systems in metro, railway, and bus transport, contributing to improved efficiency, resilience, and transportation safety.
