This article is an analysis of the specifics of the legal regulation of the social security of migrant workers and members of their families in the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union. The study revealed that, despite the compliance of national legal systems with the provisions of the EAEU Treaty, significant gaps remain in ensuring equal access to medical services. The paper considers in detail the specific aspects of regulating the medical care of migrant workers and their families in the EAEU countries, as well as a comparative assessment of existing differences. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed for the unification of regulation in this area and their potential economic effects were assessed. The main proposal is an initiative to create a supranational voluntary health insurance product covering the entire territory of the EAEU and providing workers of the member States and their families with a standardized volume of medical services.
