The article is devoted to the issues related to the transformation of the factors of growth in the profitability of telecom operators. The main factors that have influenced the profitability of telecom operators in previous periods and at the present time have been identified. The statement has been confirmed that the most important way to increase the profitability of telecom operators in the current conditions is digital transformation, which allows not only to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction, but also to provide the opportunity to create individual offers based on consumer interests.
