This article examines the impact of New Quality Productivity development on the export resilience of Chinese provinces. Based on data from 30 provinces for the period 2009–2022, an empirical analysis was conducted using regression models, and mediating and moderating effects were tested. It is established that New Quality Productivity exerts a statistically significant positive impact on export resilience. Human capital and innovation potential are identified as playing mediating roles in this relationship, while the level of economic development and the agglomeration of high-tech industries have a positive moderating effect. The results demonstrate regional heterogeneity: the impact is more pronounced in economically developed provinces, regions with pilot free trade zones, and inland (non-border) areas. Based on the findings, policy recommendations are formulated aimed at stimulating New Quality Productivity and strengthening export resilience.
Keywords:New Quality Productivity, export resilience, human capital, innovation potential, regional economy, high-tech industry agglomeration.
