The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) is the main driver of the global transformation of the economy, fundamentally restructuring traditional management paradigms. The integration of AI solutions is no longer solely a technological improvement, becoming a systemic factor in the strategic competitiveness of organizations. The purpose of this article is a comprehensive analysis of the impact of AI technologies on the architecture of management processes, identifying specific features and barriers to their implementation in Russian conditions against the background of global trends. The paper considers the directions of transformation: the transition from automation of routine operations to support of complex management decisions, the formation of network organizational structures, the emergence of new roles and competencies. The results of the study demonstrate that while global leaders are focused on creating ecosystem solutions and scalable platforms, the Russian experience is characterized by the development of strong application solutions in the segments of public administration, finance and cybersecurity, often under the auspices of large technology corporations. The identified problems, such as an acute shortage of qualified specialists, technological dependence and resistance to change within organizations, require a comprehensive approach to adapting the best international practices. In conclusion, prospects and recommendations for business and government are formulated, aimed at creating a sustainable AI ecosystem capable of providing long-term technological leadership.
