REFLECTION OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF A PERSON'S GUILT IN COMMITTING A CRIME IN OTHER DOCUMENTS

In most criminal cases, the completeness of evidence to the level of sufficiency for resolving the criminal case is ensured by "other documents" that are essential in investigating specific types of crimes. The evidentiary value of "other documents" accepted as evidence in a criminal case is determined by the fact that they are carriers of information included in the subject of proof in the criminal case under investigation. For many types of crimes, information obtained from "other documents" in their entirety are key elements of the logic of the evidentiary process of a person's guilt in committing a crime. "Other documents" contain traces of a person's guilt in committing a crime in the form of circumstances of manifestation of his/her expressed attitude to the object of the criminal encroachment. The nature of this attitude, both in statics and in the dynamics of its external manifestation, is the information basis for evaluative conclusions about the motive for committing a crime and, as a consequence, about the guilt of the subject of the crime.
