Correction of homeostasis disturbance of large intestinal bleeding in the practice of resuscitation transfusion crew with homeostasis laboratory

Proportion of acute in large intestinal bleeding in average includes 19,5±6,3% which show the rapid of number of heart systole and lowering of systole blood pressure to 80,1±9,5 mm mercury. Besides the rates of MNO and antithrombins III remain without changes, but there were a significant decreasing of concentration of fibrinogen, factor of Villebrandbackground (VWF) and VFIII. Filling in of ACB was conducted according to the disturbance of homodynamic till achieving target blood index and homodynamic. In the early period (1,7±0,8 day and night) homeostatic effect and bleeding stop,epithelization of erosion of large intestine were reached. Complex treating of patients with erosion large intestinal bleeding must include hemocomponent correction therapy through cryoprecipitate. Introduction of individual selection and use of cryoprecipitate in treating of large intestinal bleeding can allow to improve the result of treatment and to decrease the period of patients recovery.
