Strategic public planning: automation of the process of assessing the rational levels of funding for national defense

The method of an assessment of rational level of financing of national defense from a condition of maximizing the expected size of the prevented damage at the predicted time of the beginning of war is considered. For definition of dynamics of national wealth of the country and its military potential the differential equations which solutions allow to receive temporary dependences of size of the prevented damage are formulated. The analysis of the received results is carried out.
