Analysis of the implementetion experience of automated information-management systems in industrial plans

In the article the author investigate automated information-management systems (AIMS) in a modern industrial plants, as well as the implementation process. The objective of determining and resource allocation is formalized for given time limits and implementation functionality. The mathematical model takes into account various design risks. The model described in the article is different from other models of resource allocation in using the qualification parameter. Solution of the objective can be help to assess to the economic effect of using resources of different qualification.
