The Lean Startup methodology as iterative strategy of product release

In this article was examined the problem of premature scaling in start-up companies that specialize in the development of information systems and / or technologies. The article describes the classical product development method-ologies, such as: Proof Of Concept, Minimum Variable Product, Prototype, and the strategies for releasing them to the market. The methodology of Lean Startup is proposed as an iterative strategy for producing software products that are innovative. The article provides a detailed description of the method-ology of Lean Startup and describes what it is. Identified and described spe-cific terms of the methodology, which are used to indicate the basic princi-ples, presents five main principles that are included in Lean Startup. Yet here are written the main advantages and disadvantages of the described method-ology.
