Designing dual networks of power supply and data transmission based on integrated quality indicators

A new paradigm for the design of dual energy information networks is proposed, which are distinguished by a complex consideration of the quality indicators of an integrated network. It is shown that in spite of the fact that power supply and communication networks exist as two independent complexes that belong to different branches of the national economy, there is a strong interdependence of the quality and reliability indicators of another. The development of design methods based on complex indicators of the energy and information network makes it possible to increase the efficiency and quality of electricity supply and communication services as a whole.
