Integrated security of fuel and energy complex as object of scientific analysis

The article deals with the complex safety of fuel and energy complex objects as an independent direction of research, its categorical apparatus is described. The authors carried out analysis of the key documents regulating the sphere of fuel and energy security. It is noted that at the moment there is no theory of countering hybrid threats to social engineering systems. The authors identify the key aspects of the consideration of fuel and energy facilities and sources of threats.
