Complex treatment and diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis of the temporomandibular joint

Complex treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of the temporomandibular joint is aimed at reducing the progression of the disease. The combination of intra-articular injections of hyaluronic acid solutions and periarticular plasma, enriched with platelets, at I, II, III stages of development of diseases of the temporomandibular joint gives a good result of treatment in patients aged 20-79 years, the duration of the disease up to 15 years, mild, moderate, severe degree of severity, no complications, in the period of remission of the disease.
