Morphometry of circulating endothelial cells in the diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction in pregnant women

The study of the state of the endothelial system in pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Used classical markers of endothelial dysfunction, and also used a new parameter of the lesion endothelial function, obtained with the help of computer morfometria circulating endotheliocytes. The study demonstrated the informative value of a new marker of endothelial dysfunction in the diagnosis of vascular disorders in pregnant women.
