In article, based on the decision of the generated equations of a filtration the algorithm of restoration of the compressed messages is developed for system of uneven coding. Also, the equations of a condition and system supervision by transfer of uneven codes by a communication channel are defined. It allows to make effective coding with sufficient redundancy which can be used for restoration of the deformed multimedia messages
