The article is dedicated to the analysis of production class which is characterized by uncertainty of the quality of raw materials and feedstock. Process efficiency of such enterprises depends not only on the quality of raw materials and feedstock, but as a consequence, on the quality of intermediate processed product at various production points as well. The authors propose an approach to managing technological process quality based on the multi-agent-based modelling. The suggested approach involves agent-based decision-making algorithm, multi-agent quality management model and a method to calculate team management efficiency. The suggested technological process management approach was tried out to enrich the iron-ore concentrate. The results indicate a positive effect of applying this approach to management.
