Perspective models of information management by sociotechnical systems

The paper demonstrates one of the possibilities of modeling the management of social engineering systems. It is noted that the current state of the study of this problem is characterized, on the one hand, by the presence of a sufficient number of heterogeneous models that describe the dissemination of information in social networks. On the other hand, the practice of organizing protests with the use of various dynamically developing Internet services is continuously implemented, which affects the adequacy of the previously developed models. As a result, today it is impossible to state unequivocally that within the framework of one theory the mechanism of information impact has been worked out in detail and described, which would allow to scientifically describe and consistently link the activity of information dissemination using various Internet services with the global stability of the existence of the state, society and other social structures.
