this article describes the composition and dysbiotic disorders of vaginal microflora during pregnancy, as well as its impact on the development of spontaneous miscarriages and premature birth. Violation of the vaginal biotope leads to complications of pregnancy, so the study of the vaginal biocenosis from early pregnancy will help to timely identify pregnant women with a high risk of infectious and inflammatory complications leading to spontaneous miscarriages and premature birth.
