Particularity acute coronary syndrome in poorly modified coronary arteries

In the 60s of the XX century the phenomenon of unstable angina was revealed in patients with little-modified coronary arteries. According to current data, the incidence of intact coronary arteries (CA) varies from 10 to 30 %. The risk of myocardial infarction in this group of patients increases with concomitant type 2 diabetes. Changes of lipid spectrum at СA malozemelnyh increasingly indicate a thyroid disease. In the diagnostic search for the detection of maloizmenennyh AS recommended to include the determination of the level of thyroid hormones. The article describes various clinical forms and variants of chronic coronary insufficiency in the light of modern knowledge.
