Issues of patient safety during surgical procedures do not lose their relevance. In connection with the development of anesthesiology, methods of regional anesthesia are being actively introduced into clinical practice. The use of regional anesthesia has significantly improved the quality of anesthetic management of surgical interventions, especially in traumatology and orthopedics. However, the issue of regional method security, including continuous methodic, is still being debated. Interscalene brachial plexus block access is among the regional blockades that cause the greatest concern and limit its use.
