Antiplatelet therapy and the endothelial system during pregnancy

The analysis of effects on the endothelial system during pregnancy dipyridamole having the properties of operation and angioprotectors. The study included 140 pregnant women: the main group consisted of 74 patients, whose therapy included dipyridamole, the control group consisted of 66 respondents. All patients underwent hemostatic examination and cytological diagnosis of endothelial dysfunction. The results showed a favorable effect of dipyridamole therapy on the state of the endothelial system in pregnant women
