To the question about the ecological state of soils of territories of educational institutions

Zhukova Maria Vladimirovna  (post-graduate student, Ulyanovsk State University)

The article deals with the relative contamination of soil with salts of heavy metals in the school grounds. Soil sampling for heavy metals was carried out, methods were studied. The results of the study were also compared with the control area behind the village. We came to the conclusion that the soil occurs on the border of the lithosphere and atmosphere as a result of the impact of climate and living organisms (plants and animals) on rocks and covers almost all the land, forming a soil cover. it was established that the sources of soil pollution are: emissions of harmful substances into the air from stationary and mobile sources of pollution; landfills of industrial and domestic waste; unauthorized industrial and domestic waste dumps; chemical plant protection and mineral fertilizers. In our work we have shown the great importance and importance of the ecological state of the soil, studied the composition and types of soil, the main pollution and methods of cleaning. The results of the study showed that all soil samples have large mechanical impurities of stones, glass and other unidentified materials. This indicates a poor environmental condition of the soil around us. Also in the course of our study, we confirmed our hypothesis that the soil of the school site and nearby areas has a certain degree of contamination.
