These processes are faster and more evident in the frontal region of maxilla. Further, it becomes necessary to spend more time to pretreat patients for prosthetics as well as on the period of rehabilitation. Today the appearance of the person is the one of fundamental factors of success in society. Therefore, the long absence of tooth in a front zone of smile can inflict psychological suffering.
