Databases of environmental evaluation of water objects by physical and chemical indicators

The article describes the role of databases for environmental assessment of water bodies by physico-chemical parameters. The author points out that geo-information databases, which are created using various sources and statistical data, are an integral part of modern work of specialists in the field of ecology. Particular attention should be paid to databases aimed at assessing the current status and dynamics of water quality indicators at water bodies, comparing the degree of water pollution and functioning industrial and agricultural enterprises, as well as the possibility of modeling environmental situations taking into account the assessment of the possible degree of water pollution.
