Interactive questioning using the automated system “Electronic Polyclinic” in consulting remote access

The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of various methods of consulting in remote access, including using the automated system "Electronic Polyclinic". The clinical material of the study consisted of 88 cases of two options for remote consultations of the pulmonary profile: the 1st group - 44 consultations, which included a preliminary interactive questionnaire using the computer program "Electronic Polyclinic" and the 2nd group also 44 consultations - without the respondents passing through the preliminary online-testing. Statistical analysis of the results was performed using the software package Statistica 10.0. Based on the obtained comparison results in the whole groups and individually various options for remote consulting we can conclude that the effectiveness of the methodology using a preliminary interactive questionnaire is higher than without it. The conclusion is made: to improve the efficiency of remote consultations, it is necessary to use an interactive questionnaire, presented the results of special studies in an electronic medical record of the patient, an in-person interview using telemedicine tools
