The article shows that inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (PID) are a common reproductive health disorder (50–65%). Widespread diseases of the vagina and cervix. Colposcopy has the greatest diagnostic value. This method allows timely and correct diagnosis in more than 98% of patients. A simple and advanced colposcopy with various diagnostic capabilities is used. With the help of colposcopy, you can diagnose endocervicosis, elongation and hypertrophy of the cervix, cervicitis, cervical ruptures. Colposcopy is widely used to diagnose polyps, and associated pathologies, cancer and precancerous conditions. It was shown that a colposcopic method can establish a significant number of pathological processes of the cervix and vagina. Monitoring the condition of the cervix and vagina by colposcopy, constant dynamic monitoring will allow differential diagnosis of pathological processes to select treatment tactics
