The article presents two clinical observations on the effective treatment of patients with acute vascular pathology. In both cases, a positive clinical outcome was achieved as a result of the use of anticoagulants. In one case, unfractionated heparin was the base drug in the treatment of non-occlusive mesenteric circulatory disorders. In the second case of acute venous thrombosis of the inferior vena cava pool, Enoxaparin in therapeutic dosages was used in a patient with severe posthemorrhagic shock on the background of coagulopathy and severe toxic liver damage.
