Risk factors for surgical site infection

This article presents the results of the analysis of risk factors for the development of Surgical site infections (SSI). The frequency of post surgical operative complications in the form of Surgical site infections (SSI) and the factors affecting the incidence of infectious complications were studied. For the analysis of risk factors for of Surgical site infections (SSI) were selected the most frequently described factors in the literature.
