Use of digital methods in production of the individual spoon, as first stage slozhnochelyustny of prosthetics

The dental help to patients after antineoplastic therapy became the standard long ago and enters all algorithms of rehabilitation. Possibilities of the dental help throughout antineoplastic therapy make considerable positive impact on improvement of quality of life of patients. Now dynamically developing digitalization of dental manipulations, could not but affect the area studied by us. On the basis of department of orthopedic stomatology of YuUGMU and the Chelyabinsk regional clinical center of oncology and nuclear medicine work on introduction of digital protocols in dental rehabilitation of patients with malignant new growths of an oral cavity is begun. In 90% of cases, at rehabilitation of patients with postrezektsionny defects make removable artificial limbs with obturators. Production of such artificial limbs begins with a fabrication stage of an individual spoon. The individual spoon can be made to analog or digital ways. Comparative characteristic of two techniques is shown in this article.
