Characterization of new restorative materials and techniques used for the treatment of dental caries

The experience of application and characteristics of new filling materials used in pediatric dentistry is discussed in this paper. They can reduce the degree of invasiveness of dental intervention and stop the development of carious process. However, the authors come to the conclusion that each of them has both advantages and disadvantages, and therefore it is necessary to continue research in this direction.
