Informatization has not spared such services as hotel complexes. This is an area of activity that is more managerial than economic in nature, since it is necessary to optimize the work of managers and bartenders. The relevance of the project is based on the development and implementation of an automated accounting and analytical system of the hotel complex, which will determine the successful implementation of a high-quality tourist product to the consumer and will be one of the main sources of functioning of the tourist enterprise. The hotel business closely interacts with many other industries and contributes to their development, and therefore is of great interest to the economy of the state as a whole. Improving the quality of service is impossible without the development, implementation and operation of modern automation systems. Therefore, we have developed special software to improve the efficiency of management systems and decision-making mechanisms in organizational systems-accounting and analytical system of the hotel complex, which meets all the requirements, which is confirmed by the test result.
