The data of microbiological studies of urine obtained from 75 patients with chronic pyelonephritis of the therapeutic department and the department of outpatient hemodialysis are analyzed. It was revealed that hemodialysis is a predictor of the risk of multiresistant flora and clinical failure. The etiological role of the fungal flora is also increasing, which requires an individualized approach when prescribing antibiotic therapy.
