Features of using BIM models in construction processes

The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the use of information modeling in construction. Special attention is paid to the algorithm for creating a digital base model, which will assess the level of building performance. The possibilities of the BIM-model in increasing the reliability of the construction project implementation are also considered. Particular emphasis is placed on the processes, components and elements of the delivery and use of information in the BIM-model.
