Influence of the level of development of the territory on the state of trees of Grozny

The article considers the influence of the level of development of the territory on the state of the leaf surface of woody plants in Grozny, the Chechen Republic. Green spaces on the main streets of the city were evaluated, the degree of development of chlorosis and necrosis of deciduous and coniferous trees was visually determined. It has been established that the visible changes in the leaf surface of sensitive tree stands should be used as the initial indication of the pollution of city streets.
