In the present work, the mycobiota of various varieties of tomato grown in some ecologically different regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Absheron Peninsula, Kura-Araksi Lowland and Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region) is studied. It was found that 27 species of mushrooms and mushroom-like organisms participate in the formation of mycobiota of tomatoes grown in the studied territories in open ground conditions. It was found that most fungi involved in the formation of tomato microbiota have phytotoxic activity, and some of them are able to synthesize biologically active metabolites that increase the overall productivity of the plant.
