Composition of fish oil, soybean oil and flaxseed oil and their effects on the formation of bone tissue

In our study, it was found that the composition of linseed oil is represented by α-linolenic acid (ALA) ω-3 PUFA, monounsaturated oleic acid. In addition, the main fatty acid contained in soybean oil was ω-6-PUFA (linoleic acid). Adding dietary oils containing omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish oil, soybean oil, and linseed oil, can reduce the effect of prednisolone on rat osteoporosis. The aim of the study was to study the composition of fish oil, soybean and linseed oil, their effect on the formation of bone tissue.
