Liver changes in respiratory insufficiency in patients with COPD

Currently, there are a small number of liver studies in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure, which determines the relevance of this topic. Significant advantages of modern methods of non-invasive diagnostics are simplicity, cheapness, informativeness at any stage of fibrosis, the ability to monitor the dynamics of the process, ease of use as a screening method for patients at risk, the possibility of using for outpatient procedures, and this is crucial for determining the early stages of the disease and the correct timely appointment of therapy and prevent the further progression of fibrosis, and also allows to improve the control of effectiveness liver treatment.
