Clinical evaluation of the method of reconstruction of mandibular defects using vascularized bone autograft in combination with non-woven titanium material with through porosity

Surgical treatment of post-traumatic and post-operative defects of the lower jaw currently has a number of difficulties associated with either imperfection of artificial materials used for reconstruction, or with additional traumatization of anatomical formations when obtaining biological material for the reconstruction of the defect. However, at the moment there is no method that combines the positive aspects of materials of biological and artificial origin and does not change the physical characteristics of the donor zone.
