Application of simulation methods for identification and forecasting of tomato paste production

Nazoikin Evgeny Anatolievich  ( Ph.D., Associate professor, FSBEI HE "Moscow State University of Food Production")

Blagoveshchensky Ivan Germanovich  (Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate professor, FSBEI HE "Moscow State University of Food Production")

The use of multi-agent simulation modeling makes it possible to predict and identify food production systems. Multi-agent simulation modeling as an element of intelligent information technologies is aimed at optimizing production processes and conducting virtual experiments with the resulting models. The article discusses the stages of creating a model of the production process of tomato paste based on multi-agent modeling technologies. The description of the main parameters and stages of the implementation of the multi-agent model using the AnyLogic simulation environment is given. The article also provides a description of the optimization experiments with the model in order to reduce production costs in real production.

Keywords:food enterprises, models, management, forecasting, identification, tomato paste, production processes, multi-agent modeling, modeling, simulation, anylogic.
