Principles of organizing formal-cognitive models

The article discusses a number of approaches related to the development of cognitive modeling methods. Methods of combining within the framework of a unified model of cognitive and formal computing are being investigated as one of these areas. In accordance with this, the principles of forming the special models introduced in the article are described, the functioning of which is planned to be organized by analogy with neural network procedures. These models are referred to as formal cognitive neural networks. It also describes the organization of the structural elements of such networks - formal neuroconceptions and connections of influence. The schemes of modeling processes using the entered descriptions are considered, incl. associated with the selection of the optimal parameters of the systems under study.
