Evaluation of phytopathogenic fungi according to the hydrolytic enzyme system

In the carried out of researches in different economic regions of Azerbaijan have identified 90 species involved in the formation of mycobiota of various plants. The recorded fungi differed in terms of ecological trophic relationships and by their manifestations, as well as enzymatic activity, phytotoxic activity. İn research have observed an inverse relationship between the proteolytic activity and phytotoxic activity of fungi, primarily phytopathogens which makes it possible to use proteolytic activity as a limiting factor in the pathogenesis.
