An improved fuzzy clustering image segmentation algorithm optimized by whale algorithm

The Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) has fast convergence speed, high accuracy, and high efficiency in the process of finding the optimal solution. This article has made some improvements to it, and then uses the improved whale optimization algorithm to optimize the kernel fuzzy clustering In the process of generating cluster centers in the algorithm, a fuzzy clustering image segmentation algorithm (IWOA_KFCM) based on the optimization of the improved whale algorithm is proposed. This algorithm has high clustering accuracy and time efficiency. Applied to the problem of image segmentation, more accurate segmentation threshold and higher segmentation efficiency can be obtained, and it has strong engineering practicability.
